2. What’s the difference between the Custom Glueless Wig Collection and the Ready to Wear Wig Collection?
Our Custom Glueless Wig Collection is made to order, allowing you to choose the length, closure size, and texture. Our Ready to Wear Wigs are pre-styled and pre-colored lace closure wigs designed for effortless, on-the-go styling.

3. Do your wigs come with an adjustable band?
Yes! Our wigs come with an adjustable elastic band and combs to ensure a secure, glueless fit.

4. Are your wigs made with 100% human hair?
Yes! We use high-quality, ethically sourced 100% human hair for a natural look and long-lasting wear.

5. Can I dye or style my wig with heat?
Absolutely! Our wigs are made with human hair, so you can color and style them just like your natural hair. However, we recommend using heat protectant products to maintain the longevity of your wig.

Ordering & Shipping

6. How long does it take to receive my order?
Custom Glueless Wigs take 10-14 business days to create, while Ready to Wear Wigs ship within 3-5 business days. Shipping times vary based on location.

7. Do you offer international shipping?
No we do not ship internationally.

8. Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Returns & Exchanges

9. What is your return policy?
For our Custom Glueless wigs, all sales are final. All of our othe products can be returned within 7 days of shipping. RETURNS ARE ONLY ACCEPTED IN THE ORIGINAL STATE. NO ALTERATIONS. 10. Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
Orders cannot be canceled or modified once production has started. Please double-check your selections before placing your order.

11. How do I maintain my wig for long-lasting wear?
Store your wig on a mannequin head, wash it with sulfate-free shampoo, and keep it hydrated with lightweight oils or leave-in conditioners.

12. Can I sleep in my wig?
Yes, but we recommend removing it at night for longevity. If you must sleep in it, wear a silk or satin bonnet to reduce friction.

13. How often should I wash my wig?
Wash your wig every 2-3 weeks or as needed, depending on product buildup and wear frequency.
